Transparent updates and pricing. On top of that they are friendly and respectful. My fiancé and kids had some car issues that they noticed from inside of their shop and they came out to help. They were leaving for the weekend and still took the time to help us out. They didn’t ask for any commitments from us for their help and I think that speaks volumes.

Without a doubt the best automotive repair in the state of Texas. If you talk to anyone who has taken their vehicle here, you will hear nothing but the highest praise. They are honest, fair, and perform quality work. They keep you informed at every step of the process. Because of my sloppy hand writing, they were unable to contact me before performing the work on my pickup. So the owner drove to my house to get my correct phone number and get permission to complete the repair. They could have just side lined work on my vehicle until I happened to call in. Or just proceeded with the work and explained they couldn’t reach me. But no, despite being busy, the owner went out of his way to contact me in order to get my pickup finished in a timely manner, with my full permission FIRST! This is just one of the many out of the norm quality services they have shown. They also give Veterans and First responders a flat rate discount. Not just a discount on a $5 dollar part here and there. As a disabled veteran there is no where else I would take one of my vehicles, or refer family or friend. I am so pleased with the whole process and the professionalism. Jaime kept me updated and in the loop the entire time he was working on my 4Runner. I knew my repairs were going to be pricey but he really did a great job and kept the price reasonable for me. I appreciate all the hard work he and his team did!
