I can't say enough good things about Jaime and Silverback. I was visiting my parents and my Mazda was having problems. The Amarillo Mazda dealership was unhelpful and really bad for a number of reasons. Jaime had helped my Dad with a car issue and so I contacted him. He helped me diagnose the problem over the phone and got my car into his shop quickly. He also worked with me to find a replacement fuel pump since Mazda said the only one was in Canada and was going to take 7-10 days to arrive. We overnighted a Delphi part and he got the car back to me the same day. I have been a mechanic for decades, as has my Dad, and Jaime is a guy you can trust your vehicle with. Besides that, he is very friendly and his prices are very fair. If you need a vehicle mechanic, give him a try. 100% pleased!!!
